⚙️ Data stored by the extension
AI Flow Automator stores only the information needed to provide its automation features and preserve the user's configuration between browser sessions.
- user-defined expected text rules;
- user-defined response text;
- rule search mode and related rule settings;
- response delay and automation preferences;
- enabled or disabled state;
- interface preferences required by the extension.
👁️ How page content is used
To perform automation, the extension needs to inspect rendered text on supported AI chat pages and interact with the message input when a configured rule matches.
This access is used only while providing the extension's automation functionality. Conversation content is processed in the browser and is not intentionally collected, stored as conversation history, or transmitted to the developer's servers.
🔐 Data we do not collect
AI Flow Automator does not intentionally collect or store:
- your name, email address, or other personal identification information;
- passwords, credentials, authentication tokens, or account secrets;
- financial or payment information;
- health information;
- precise location;
- browsing history for analytics or profiling;
- AI conversation content on developer-controlled servers;
- data for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.
🌐 Host permissions
Host permissions are required so AI Flow Automator can run on supported AI chat websites. These permissions allow the extension to read rendered response text, detect configured rules, and interact with the page's message input when automation is enabled.
Host access is used only for the extension's user-requested functionality and not for advertising, unrelated monitoring, or building profiles of browsing activity.
↗ Transmission and sharing
AI Flow Automator does not sell, rent, or share extension settings or AI conversation content with third parties.
The extension does not use your stored rules or page content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or purposes unrelated to its automation features.
🧩 Remote code
AI Flow Automator does not rely on remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly to provide its functionality. Executable extension code is packaged with the extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store.
🗑️ Deleting extension data
Users can change or remove automation rules through the extension's settings. Stored extension data can also be removed by clearing the extension's site or storage data through Chrome, or by uninstalling the extension.
